how do you deal with a person who

• continuously pokes you when he talks,
• sits behind you and blocks your route of walking out of the cubicle,
• continuously stares at your monitor, trying to understand what you are doing.
• randomly picks up papers from your desk and starts reading, irrespective of whether it is meant for him or not,
• cracks bad jokes, and no wonder, pokes at you when he is cracking the jokes

I, for one, do not know... Any suggestions?
